We then drill holes for the axels and wheels that will give the toys the mobility that will help bring them to life.

Each wheel is hand-routed and hand-sanded before inserting the axels.

Toys must have edges that are very smooth, safe and pleasing to touch.

Before the final assembly, every Rootin' Ridge toy is branded with our unique registered trademark.  This is our signature and assurance that the toy was personally made by us.

We take personal pride in every toy that leaves our hands.  To us, each one is very  much alive and has a personality of its own!
