Our silhouette single-peg puzzles are a great gift for a first birthday.  Simple enough to minimize  frustration, but complicated enough to intrigue and inspire young minds.  After the puzzle is mastered, parents can teach their young ones to place the silhouette on a piece of paper, trace around it and then color it to match the original!  The finger pegs are glued and hammered into place to prevent accidental removal.  The background is natural, and the removable puzzle piece is painted with non-toxic paint.  These "first" puzzles measure 5" x 5" x 1" thick.  $7.00 each
