Rockin’ and Rollin’ Riding Animals

A miraculous thing happens as soon as we lay our patterns on the wood to start work on one of our riding animals:  it actually seems to come to life!  These amazing wooden critters have so much personality that each one tells us its name during the production process.  As a result, the name (as well as a unique number and date of completion) is painlessly but permanently tattooed on the hind foot of each one.

The rolling animals are designed for children 12 months and up in age.  Parents have told us that because they are so stable, the kids may use them as aids in learning to walk even before they are able to straddle and ride them.

The rocking animals are recommended for 24 months and up.  Most children that are younger will not be able to reach the foot pegs.  Please note the “turn-down” design of the rockers.  This helps prevent accidental rock over when the young buckaroos get carried away  -  as they are certain to do!.

Each of these riding animals takes a full two weeks to create, so the number we are able to produce each year is very limited.  It is best to plan well ahead if you want to adopt one!

	Rooter Scooter  -  You may need to be from Texas to understand the appeal of a rolling Armadillo, but you have to admit he is awfully cute.  22 1/2” long by 14” tall.  Seat is 14” off of the ground.  For ages 12 months and up.  $125.00
	Bunny Bopper  -  Who wouldn’t want to bob across the living room floor on their own Jackrabbit?  21” long by 15” tall.  Seat is 10” off of the ground.  For ages 12 months and up.  $125.00
	Prairie Cruiser  -  Little cowboys and cowgirls will be able to ride the range  in style with this sturdy, gentle pony.  20” long by 16” tall.  Seat is 9 1/4” off of the ground.  For ages 12 months and up.  $125.00
	Rocking Horse  -  Sturdy enough to hold an adult’s weight (and we recommend you try it out!), these beautiful heirloom quality horses will become a permanent fixture in your home.  36” long by 23” tall.  Seat is 15” off of the ground.  For ages 24 month and up.  $195.00 if picked up from our shop. * Due to size and weight, there is a $150 packing charge to insure safe delivery
	Rocking Rabbit  -  Anybody can learn to ride a horse, but it takes somebody really special to ride this Texas-sized Jackrabbit!  36” long by 19 1/2” tall.  Seat is 14” off of the ground.  For ages 24 months and up. $195.00 if picked up from our shop. * Due to size and weight, there is a $150 packing charge to insure safe delivery.
	Rocking Armadillo  -  A “Truly Texan” riding toy.  This is one armadillo that will not dig up your garden!  33” long by 16” tall.  Seat is 14” off of the ground.  For ages 24 months and up.  $195.00 * Due to size and weight, there is a $150 packing charge to insure safe delivery.
